Location- REMOTE

Customer: US NAVY.

Job Description

Develop and maintain network automation scripts

Develop and maintain network process automation solutions

Support network automation tools, systems, and services

Required Qualifications

Strong Unix/Linux system knowledge and administrator experience.

4+ years of scripting, parsing, tooling and/or automation development experience.

Extended knowledge of API fundamentals (JSON, REST, etc.).

Solid understanding of Layer 1-4 fundamental network protocols.

Solid understanding of SQL.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge on network device configuration and management a plus.

Knowledge of standard networking monitoring technologies (SNMP, *Flow, etc.)

Knowledge of Agile & Scrum Methodologies preferred.

Knowledge of Unit Test framework a plus.

Experience in configuration development on Automation/Management Software (Ansible, Salt, Puppet, Chef, etc.) a plus.

Knowledge of HPE/Micro Focus NNMi, OMi, NA.

Knowledge of Riverbed.

Knowledge of Splunk.

Knowledge of ServiceNow.
