services to government and commercial customers primarily within the healthcare
delivery domain. We seek a Software Engineer to join our team supporting the
Army Medical Command Interagency Comprehensive Plan for Care Coordination
Support (ICPCCS) projects central software solution Department of Defense
Case Management System (DoD-CMS).
successful candidate will perform code changes for enhancements/improvements to
increase application efficiency, production defects/bug fixes, and security
patches to the current application and its interfaces. Additional responsibilities will include
assisting with DoD-CMS system administration and user support associated with
the software operation and maintenance, capturing of appropriate metrics to
assess the efficiency of the application and its architecture, identifying
technical and business obstacles or constraints, providing Tier III application
and system support remotely, and provide tiger team support as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related technical discipline
A minimum of five years experience, of which at
least three years must be specialized. Specialized experience includes:
experience as an applications programmer on large-scale database management
systems, knowledge of computer equipment, and the ability to develop complex
software to satisfy design objectives.
At least three (3) years experience with
object-oriented programming languages (JEE, .NET, C )
At least two (2) years experience working within
Working knowledge of at least two of the
following: OpenVAS, Jenkins Subversion, Redmine, SonarQube, Testlink, Zabbix
