We're looking for an experienced product manager to lead the strategy and planning for our Detection, Correlation and Prioritization Analytics. This product leader must have strong technical capabilities in big data analytics and machine learning as well as deep domain expertise in security. This person should understand incident response and SOC flows on one hand, and behavioral analytics and network security on the other hand. We are looking for a PM with business orientation, a "bigger picture" understanding, with the drive, motivation and business accountability to lead our cutting edge security analytics platform to the next level. This person will have deep experience driving product design for security analytics platforms, taking into account scalability, deployment models, costs, customer value and competition. This person will own the ongoing product strategy, planning and roadmap that will drive product growth and sustained product differentiation.
What you will do
You will take the lead in designing the detection, correlation and prioritization analytics for IronNet's cutting edge security analytics platform
You will have a deep understanding of how security analytics products work and will then define the end to end capabilities that will provide differentiation in the competitive market
You will work closely with your R&D teams, UX/UI designers, knowledge owners, QA, marketing and service delivery teams to ensure successful product releases and high customer satisfaction
You will be a part of a small, talented team of product leaders and you will own IronNet's product strategy
You will listen and talk with prospects and customers to understand their needs, their pain points and propose solutions
You will write PRDs and user stories, prioritize features, enhancements and sometimes bugs
Typical Background of Successful Candidate:
5+ years of cybersecurity industry experience, with network security and security analytics experience highly desirable
7+ years of product management experience showcasing increase in scope and responsibilities
You move fast with a growth mindset. Ready to work hard and under pressure but you don't compromise on work ethics
You have mastered the core principles of product discovery, design, delivery and launch, and have demonstrated experience leading and measuring high performing product teams
You are an expert on the security market, buyers and users, and can collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies and approaches
You are technical enough to support yourself and the team around you and at the same time- enthusiastic to do and learn anything
You treasure collaboration and brainstorming, improve your team members and you see the product success as your own success
You are a great communicator, can tell a story and present
