What we are looking for

You are proficient in at least one common JavaScript framework (Vue, React, Angular) and have experience with TypeScript or another strongly typed language , yet you see technology as a means to an end and are open to learning new tools as required.

You have worked on complex platforms/systems already, such as an enterprise SaaS product. You understand the challenges of writing process- and interaction-heavy applications for power users and feel comfortable navigating and extending such a big system.

You put in the effort and rigor to keep a code-base in good shape , be it removing code that does not fit the requirements any longer, or adding a regression test for a quirky bug you encountered.

Writing automated tests is not a chore for you but a key component to building a high-quality product. You know how to write maintainable tests and you have experience with both functional as well as performance tests.

You share our values

We, as a team, work together very closely and with short feedback cycles , both within our team and towards our peers.

You proactively seek to support and collaborate with others, not just when you're stuck, but also whenever you can lend a hand. We are largely self-organized, so we require you as our team-member to proactively come forward and take the lead at times without being explicitly told so.

You have a strong understanding of the end results of your work. These aren't just tickets to implement, but a commitment to our customers to build what they need to get their jobs done.

You care about the people you work with and are willing to grow together. You also care about the customer and you want to work on a product that matters.
