CVS Health is currently hiring for a dynamic Advisor to join our team!!!
We are implementing an innovative solution to automate manual processes in order to improve both the employee and customer experience and to drive significant cost reduction within our contact center operation. We are seeking a system application administrator to participate in the implementation of the solution, maintain and manage the solution on an ongoing basis and act as a liaison with our partners to identify opportunities for automation, create solutions and prioritize the efforts.
The primary purpose of this leadership role is to connect people, data, and systems through automated workflows.
=== PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: ===
Interpreting customer needs and translate into application and operational requirements.
Business analysis experience including analysis of organizational data and complex problems, interpret and recommend alternative courses of action, and implement intervention strategies to attain performance targets.
Proven experience in directing and owning process/system changes and reviews process changes to ensure design changes meet business requirements.
Three years experience in Call Center Operations leadership and/or Call Center support applications role
Three years of experience in customer service oriented operations
Experience with Intradiem Workforce Automation Tool and Use Case development
Project Management Certification
Six Sigma Certification
Healthcare or pharmacy experience
Microsoft Office Suite
High School Diploma or GED
